OF INTERIM COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 22ND AUGUST 2004

The meeting started at 5:00 pm by prayer and worship.
The interim Chairman Mr. Mdasha opened by a word from Esther 4:11-
12, 2Chr 7:14, Habakuk 2:
The secretary summarised the first meeting agenda and identified the
AGENDA for the day, which were;
- Identifying the name
- Mission statement
- Goals/Objective

2. The Vision
Hebrew 10:19-25
3. Mission Statement
Encouraging one another into brotherly love, good works, and
fellowship and prayer
4. Goals/objectives
a) Discipleship
b) Evangelism
c) Caring
d) Edification
e) Equipping
A.O.B:
- Members proposed that an action be taken to identify
fellowships that are active in the UK
- The secretaries will attempt to fill in the skeletons on the
document for presentation on the 12th September 2004 and upload the
document to other interim committee members.
- Constitution: the chairman suggested to set aside a specific
time for the purpose of writing the constitution.
The meeting was closed at 8:30pm
