Instructions
I have already secured and book a hotel and reserved some rooms, together with the conference/board room, arrival on 31st and departure 2nd Jan. They want me to give the concrete number and probably arrival times. Anybody not able to arrive before 6:00 pm should call them otherwise, they will hold the room and penalize us. I have put my personal credit card there, and rooms per nite are $48.00 Microtel (at Hanes Mall Bldv), meeting will be next door at the Comfort Suite Board room
